What is HiringHelpers?

We are recruiters (also known by various other terms such as headhunters, employment agencies, staffing
agencies, placement agencies), but with a different pricing structure than traditional recruiters.

Why is HiringHelpers different?

The basic difference between us and other recruiters is that our services and prices are unbundled. While
other recruiters normally charge a contingency fee (a percentage of the placed person's annual salary) for
their recruiting services, we offer what we call "a la carte" recruiting services, meaning we only charge for the
specific services you need.

What does that mean?

Here's an example: Let's say you're a small company that hires only a few times a year. You're looking to hire
a person and you've placed a bunch of want ads in various places, but have been unsuccessful in finding
candidates that you like. You don't have accounts with major job boards such as Monster or Careerbuilder
because you only hire occasionally and those job boards cost too much.

You really don't need other services that recruiters offer, just the resume search. What if you could just pay
someone a relatively small fee to do some resume searches for you on those job sites? That's where we come
in. We can do those Monster and Careerbuilder resume searches for you. We already have accounts with them
and our fee would be based on only providing that particular service and not a large contingency fee.

That's just an example. We can also provide many other recruiting services based on what you need.
